I had the pleasure of working for Rob for two years at Beauty TV. Not only did Rob allow me the freedom to explore social media marketing, but he allowed me to express my individuality in all aspects of my responsibilities, which I believe provides a healthy and thriving work environment. Rob is an incredibly personable individual; he truly cares about his employees and takes the time to express his gratitude for the group morale. Though he has many, many important connections, and has an extremely reputable reputation in the beauty industry, his humility is admirable. Working for Rob helped me in my career, but it also helped me to develop life skills during my last two years of college, that I will continue to implement for years to come. I am most certainly TEAM ROB.
